JK Beauty & Wellness academy offer a self-care training program which is full of tips and tutorials for busy people, and those who want to learn more about taking care of themselves.    

The simple but effective do-it-yourself beauty treatments and exercises for the face and body will have you looking better and feeling more relaxed at home, in a few minutes each day. 

Find time for yourself, no matter whether you are home or travelling, and turn your favourite space into a day spa. The informative workshops help you look good, feel better and nourish your skin and body with beauty industry secrets. 

All workshops are available for group bookings.

Self rejuvenating sculptural facelift 

The self rejuvenating sculptural facelift training is the ultimate self-care tool to achieve natural and healthy-looking skin. With no surgery or visits to a beauty salon, you will relax muscle spasms and restore the face’s tone to improve elasticity and prevent wrinkles.

Training includes:

  • 90 minutes lesson 
  • Sculptural facelift movements techniques
  • Intraoral massage 

With regular exercises at home, you will stimulate skin cell regeneration and collagen production to revitalise your facial skin. As a bonus, this training helps to soften muscle spasms and release stress.  

* We recommend practising the routine at a minimum twice a week for 20-30 min for the best results. 

Self-care head, face and shoulder complex

Do you go to the gym every week to keep your body toned but do nothing about your head, face, décolleté area and shoulders? 

The complete package for your self-care routine is designed specifically for these areas to provide much-needed relaxation for weary muscles and improve mimic wrinkles.

Training includes:

  • One overview video
  • Nine video tutorials with step-by-step exercises 
  • Detailed descriptions about muscle function and how it affects your overall condition and mood. 

Whether you do it every morning to wake up or practise after a long day at work, all it takes is between 5-30 min per day, depending on the results you want to achieve. 

A daily routine will loosen up tight muscles, reduce the effects of stress, and erase weariness and fatigue around the eyes. You don’t need to invest in world-famous branded skincare products. Use your favourite creams and oils to help you wake up easily every morning, get rid of headaches and achieve an energised look.  

Body relaxation and stretching complex

Individually tailored for your body needs, this set of exercises will aim to release problems areas. Relieve the pain and congestion in your neck, back, hips, or any other body part with a series of targeted movements. 

The program employs the best moves from yoga, pilates and stretching to release tension from overworked muscles or chronic pain.

We will teach you how to help and relieve your muscles through self-care at home using the resources on hand for stretching and relaxation.   

You will receive a step-by-step tutorial with the activities needed most for your body as well as receiving ongoing support from our trainer. 

Gua Sha for face and body 

A flexible set of self-care workshops focuses on face only or body nourishing. 

Interactive on-site sessions guide you step-by-step on how to use the Gua Sha tool, focusing on what you need. You will take home a kit with a Buffalo horn Gua Sha scraping tool and beauty products for your skin type to nourish yourself at home. 

Gua Sha body self-care treatment

Designed by our beautician, Gua Sha body self-care training is a fascinating way to improve your inner health with external tools. With a Gua Sha tool and skincare products, you stimulate energy points that unblock and remove toxins from your body. 

Regular use reduces fluid retention, treats cellulite and re-shapes your body to enhance your silhouette.  

Training includes:

  • 120 min step-by-step workshop

Welcome to Pandhy’s World $40

Welcome to Pandhy’s world is more than just a workshop. Our on-site introduction to Pandhy’s products is an interactive session for 10 to 30 people, including many tips on skincare and take-home products. 

The beauticians will demonstrate how they use the products in the salon for facials, sugaring and other procedures. Understanding the benefits of chemical-free ingredients and how they relate to your skincare goals, you will be able to use Phandy’s goods for beauty and personal care at home, for the whole family. 

Learn how to review your routine and identify the right products for you, as well as how to effectively use them. 

Self-care workshop includes:

  • Presentation about sugaring and facials with Pandhy’s products
