Holistic massage

60 min

When you feel like your body is tense and stressed out, a holistic massage can help you relax.

The technique targets muscles that are prone to feeling tense while also helping you find peace of mind. Using petrissage, kneading, friction and gentle hand hold the therapist aims to heal the tight points of your body.

Holistic massage is good for treating:

  • ligament and tendon problems
  • relief of stress and fatigue
  • supporting cardiovascular systems

Let us help you to find a source of tension, treat it and restore the balance to your body increasing energy and toning muscles.

Pulsing massage

60 min

Pulsing is based on vibrations, swinging and turning certain parts of the body.

With a frequency that matches your heart rate, the waves of gentle vibrations travel through your body and activate the internal mobility systems.

The wide amplitude swings and turns of your body positively affect your emotional and physical pain, removing energy blocks.

The pulsing technique will help:

  • stress and depression
  • insomnia and lack of the immune system
  • low elasticity or flexibility of ligaments and joints
  • a decrease in pain in the preoperative period
  • cerebral palsy and psychosomatic disorders

Pulsing gives maximum relaxation, relieves anxiety and worries, and improves the functioning of internal organs.

Breathing technique

60 min

Using breath practice during massage therapy can prevent and treat many health conditions and help you to relax deeper.

Most people shallow breathe in daily life reducing our intake of oxygen, especially when stressed.  This results in poorly oxygenated blood and rapid heart rate leading to tired body and eventually organ problems.

We teach you conscious breathing filling up the chest and abdomen with oxygen. When you breathe fully using your chest and abdominal muscles, you open your rib cage and lower your diaphragm to expand your chest fully.

Breathing is a tool that you can use to:

  • inspire deeper relaxation and calm
  • control your mood and emotions
  • cleanse the blood and toxins
  • stimulate brain chemistry for better concentration
  • development of a sense of connection and awareness
  • increase in endorphins which helps with depression

During your treatment, we combine different methods of breathing to enhance your health. If you practice it regularly, you will help detoxify your organs, promote blood flow and reach physical relaxation.

Somatic massage

60 min

If you suffer from chronic pain or are going through a tough time, the somatic therapy exercise can provide helpful relief.

Focusing on pain or trauma areas, we apply physical techniques combined with the power of your mind to help your body heal.

We manipulate soft tissues of the body, including the muscles that connect tissues and organs. During the massage, we guide you on using meditation that helps you feel relaxed and releases your emotions.

Connecting your emotions and body’s response, somatic massage helps:

  • after car accidents
  • body trauma
  • deep depression
  • chronic disease

Using a neuro-somatic approach during the session, we can treat the symptoms and focus on the source of the problem and release the negative emotions.

Passive movements massage

60 min

Passive movement is a technique that directly affects the fascia, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems.

To perform a passive movement, you need to trust your therapist, and be relaxed and passive. After a quick breathing intro, the practitioner will start a sequence of gentle muscle squeezing, kneading, rocking, rolling, and shaking techniques.

Passive movements help for:

  • painful muscles
  • after injury recovery
  • tight or stiff muscles
  • long term depression treatment

Starting from your feet and working up to your head, the therapist will notice how your body parts respond to motions and put you deeper into relaxation.

Through the range of motion, passive movements will release the tightness of your muscles, clear your mind and decrease discomfort and pain.

Reptile technique

60 min

Even when you relaxed, most muscles of your body are still controlled by your brain. As a result, your body accumulates a huge amount of stress and muscle tension.

The goal of applying a reptile technique during massage is to bring you to the deepest relaxation. To do this, the therapist will perform slow and passive movements with your legs and arms.

Performing certain manipulation and affecting your motor and sensory systems, the masseur will confuse your brain with complex signals to process. It will cause no resistance and a state of zero gravity in your limbs.

The reptile technique is great for:

  • stress relief
  • depression therapy
  • chronic fatigue
  • muscle tension

During the treatment, your brain will get woken on a deeper level and prevent you from putting any effort into controlling your body. As a result, you will receive a relaxing and therapeutic effect.

 Relaxation massage

60 min

Relaxation massage is a full-body massage applying gentle to medium strength techniques to relax and revitalise your body from physical and emotional discomfort.

Starting from feet to head, we use flowing strokes and kneading to loosen up your muscles with your preferred pressure. With a consistent motion affecting your soft tissue, relaxation massage helps blood circulation and lymphatic flow.

Relaxation therapy is the best for:

  • quick pain relief
  • reducing muscle tension
  • sleep improvement
  • boosting the immune system
  • improving skin tone

Help your body and mind to relax, recharge and de-stress from your daily routine.

Deep tissue massage

60 min

Deep tissue massage is the most effective treatment for chronic pain, inflexible muscles and sports injuries.

This focused relaxation treatment reduces pain and stress in your muscles by applying pressure to deeper layers using slow strokes.  Targeting tense areas, the therapist goes deep to reach and release tight muscles in a soothing environment.

The deep tissue massage is great for:

  • loosening up overly tight muscles
  • rehabilitation after sports injuries
  • chronic pain
  • anxiety therapy

When practising regular visits or just one session, you give your body long-lasting relief and complete relaxation.
